About Indigo Links

Founded in 2018, Indigo Links Pty Ltd is based in Victoria, Australia. Our headquarters is located at 3/13 Perpetual Street, Truganina, Victoria, with a site office at 28 Industrial Circuit, Cranbourne West. We specialize in network construction, optimization, network augmentations, and service assurance for both fixed-line and wireless telecommunications networks.

We aim to reduce project cost for our clients by eliminating defects and reworks. Adherence to Quality, HSE and other compliance requirement is always ensured at Indigo Links with zero exception.

Our Team

We have a team of experienced Field Techs to work on all components of the HFC and FTTx network. All Technicians are qualified and endorsed to perform relevant tasks. We also have a very skilled back office team to manage project management and administration tasks. Our team and capabilities are evolving and continuously improving

What We Have Achieved

NBN rollout

Participated in the NBN rollout across 57 Subscriber Area Modules (SAMs), encompassing civil works (pit and pipe network construction, ACM removal), roadside pit installation, cable hauling, FTTx splicing, and service drops

NBN N2P Upgrades

Successfully upgraded NBN networks from FTTN to FTTP in both metropolitan and regional Victoria, including project surveys, roadside pit installation, cable hauling, and splicing.

NBN Unify Network & Services

Provided ongoing service assurance, addressing network faults and handling both simple (customer connections and single-customer faults) and complex (extending NBN civil infrastructure for new developments) service requests. Over 12,000 simplex and 5,000 complex tickets resolved in Victoria.

NBN ODM

Extended existing NBN infrastructure (civil and network) to connect new developments, including SD1, SD2, BDOD, relocation, and WBA work. Over 2,000 ODM jobs completed across all modules in the past three years.

Telstra/NBN wireless sites

We have successfully delivered Civil work including ODC pads, Earthing work, Power/Earthing conduits and cable ladder installation on 5 Telstra/NBN wireless sites

Optus build to boundary

This project involved delivering fiber cable to new Optus cell sites. Work included constructing civil infrastructure (pits and pipes), roadside pit installation, and cable hauling. We Delivered 15 sites encompassing several kilometers of Civil infrastructure work.
